CONSTRUCTION

H22OS manages the construction of our projects utilizing contract labor who have worked closely with us on similar past projects.
Construction schedules and physical progress are tracked closely to ensure projects are completed on time. Our construction management also works directly with our engineers to ensure that the project is constructed according to design.
Throughout their work experience, our team has constructed process and handling facilities in a variety of environments and is familiar with diverse labor forces as well as local factors which help us determine the most efficient means of project completion.

COMMISSIONING

Once construction is complete and prior to turnover to our client, H22OS will commission the facility to ensure all equipment and processes are functioning as expected as per the engineering design. Our team has extensive commissioning experience, and any issues which may arise will be solved by H22OS, with assistance from suppliers if necessary.
Individual equipment commissioning will typically be performed early on with no feed material to ensure that no obvious issues exist with any of the installed equipment. Once the entire project is ready for operation, overall facility commissioning with feed material on will be performed, and H22OS will complete any punch list to ensure all aspects of the project are functioning as desired by our client.
