Introduction

Larry has over 45 years of experience in coal preparation, including operations, process and material handling design, construction, plant start-up and training, as well as 3 years of experience with frac sand.

His work has included marketing, consulting and process/design engineering functions for projects in North America, South America, China, Australia, southern Africa, Russia, Mongolia, Indonesia and Eastern Europe.

As Managing Director of H22OS Consulting, Larry Watters is currently responsible for the engineering and construction of preparation facilities, business development and consulting services.
